Presentation - Case Study: Raja Ampat Pearl Farming Concession – West Papua, Indonesia

This presentation was given at a workshop entitled: “Strengthening Private Sector Participation for Infrastructure in the Pacific Region”. The workshop was held in Brisbane, Australia from 17–22 November 2008. It was developed for mid- to senior-level government officials in the Pacific Region who are responsible for infrastructure policymaking and infrastructure project design and implementation.
